Nicole, I think there are some great points in these posts. I'm w/Dee that I "can't attest to the pregnancy" part & I 2nd the franki-on-thumb-pressed-to-roof-of-mouth idea. 1 of my daughter's had a headache for the better part of a couple of days (unbeknownst to me), tried a few diff things & I suggested the franki/thumb idea. It worked. For her, though, she needed to try it several times during the course of an hour & finally realized her headache was gone. She was greatly relieved, saying, "Mom, you need to post that on your Google group thingy". :0) Good luck. Keep us posted.

I can't attest to "safe during pregnancy" but if you're going to use frank and the headache hasn't let up try putting a drop on your thumb then hold your thumb against the roof of your mouth for 30 seconds. This generally works for me when the usual protocols don't take care of the headache.Also, pregnancy is a time of hormonal changes and that can sometimes be a cause of headaches.Dee
