Re: [Everything doTERRA] Depression

I suffer from depression and I have found, just recently , the use of spearmint and Tangerine. The emotions book has been a lifesaver! I do take LLV and also use whisper on a ,sorry to say, inconsistent basis. I feel my absolute best when I use Melissa, but I do not have very much and I only use it when I have fallen DEEP into the pit of depression. I wish I could use it consistently. I know that I would be able to quit drowning in depression. Excercise is also very beneficial to feeling good, but we have had near about a month of solid rain, so it has been difficult to do any Excercise recently. Praying for your friend, I understand the pain.
