Doterra is pretty good at standing behind their products even their diffusers. If they knew your having this type of trouble so soon after purchase it's worth a call.  They use to have a place you could drop off for repair. I've had my lotus for 4 years and my Aroma Lite for over a year with daily use.  OilLife has a good variety and stand behind their products too.
