I think I "killed" my Aroma Lite by putting Vetiver in it. It's very thick and it clogged up the bottom of the diffuser until finally it couldn't take it anymore and croaked. I love to diffuse Vetiver to sleep.

Doterra is pretty good at standing behind their products even their diffusers. If they knew your having this type of trouble so soon after purchase it's worth a call. They use to have a place you could drop off for repair. I've had my lotus for 4 years and my Aroma Lite for over a year with daily use. OilLife has a good variety and stand behind their products too.
