I had screaming muscles too from intense farming/gardening and Chrystal recommended using a combo on Lemongrass and Myrhh which worked wonders for my pain.  I had tried Lemongrass, Aromatouch, Deep Blue and a few others on previous days to no avail.  I mixed those two oils with coconut oil quite diluted since I used them all over.
