The shot is the allergy drink, it means you take 2 drops each of Lavender, lemon, '
and peppermint and shoot it back with a shot of water.
It actually is more effective to let it swish in your mouth before swallowing if you
don't mind the taste.
I am the one who started the shooting it back thing, just because I didn't care for
the taste.
