I don't have cilantro, but I have switched to using On Guard and that
has helped. I have been rubbing it on my feet and kidney area, but if
I stop the ache returns. I will try using it internally too. I don't
have any capsules, but will add it to my water. Would cypress or basil
help I wonder? I'm now out of lemon, but will use lime instead - or
maybe grapefruit? to alternate with the On Guard. I am feeling better,
but tired. Thankfully all symptoms of yeast infection are gone, along
with my melaleuca though!
Thank you
