I put my drops in capsules so I am sure I get it all, I am notorous
for not finishing all of my water or drinking enough water. I have
lost 11 lbs since Aug 10. It does work, but like some others
mentioned on here, there are other medical conditions that may come
into play and also each body is different.
I have not been exercising yet, I am doing this challenge without
exercise and then next month I will add in exercise and log my
progress.
I would be willing to bet, your customer is not taking 25 drops every
day and they are not drinking enough water.
