while symptoms are acute, and then backing off as the condition
improves. If you don't have these oils, take the oregano in capsules.
I have also found On Guard in capsules is also really good for this
type of infection.
For the yeast infection you can soak a tampon in EVCO and Frankincense
and insert overnight. Myrrh is also an anti-candida oil (see the
description in ME). As for the kidneys, I will leave that for someone
with experience in that area.
Drink lots of water to help flush the kidneys and bladder.
If you don't have enough oils with you and your condition is
worsening, please see a doctor. You do not want to allow an infection
to run rampant.
