When a person has severe reactions, it requires a bit of discipline to say no to certain foods. You won't heal very quick, if at all if you continue to eat junk food. Dairy, while tolerated by some people, is definitely off-limits if you have allergies. Once the immune system is healed you can likely add it back in again. Have you done a candida cleanse? If not get the GX Assist and PB next time along with the Zendocrine. Using Terrazyme would be very helpful as well. Most of our immune system is located in our gut so it's crucial to get that healthy. Sinuses and kidneys are connected so look after your kidneys well too. Zendocrine caps will help to clean those up.
I've attached the DDR Prime files. It's the "when in doubt" or "if you use only one product" go-to.On Sun, Feb 23, 2014 at 10:01 AM, Jamie Umanzor <moonlitmystery@gmail.com> wrote:
Oh I'm so glad to see my post! I'm still waking up with puffy red itchy eyes. What could be causing this? Even though I've been using dÅTERRA solidly for 6 months now, could I be detoxing through my eyes from the aroma diffusion? Or am I having an allergic reactions BECAUSE I need to detox? I've read on that also. Or could it be that my body can't handle so many minuscule particles of oil in the air? Essentially, Should I keep trying with the aroma ace or see about returning it? I'm not even sure if we are able to. I'm still so new to all of this.
I must admit I have been eating horribly in the last couple of weeks (a lot of fast food which means lots of sodium and preservatives and other crap). I don't usually eat corn or soy, but fun dairy products and pastries are hard for me to resist. I'm also pretty sure my body can only tolerate small amounts of dairy at one time (which makes me sad because i love cheese, ice cream and cheesecake haha).
I ran out of melaleuca a few weeks ago so it's just been the LLP. I also added a tad bit of on guard but I ran out of that too. I premix & then put several drops under my tongue and hold it for a few seconds (I figure quicker absorption) then take a swig of water and swish then swallow. It's helped calm serious and sudden sinus attacks. My sinuses are angry pretty regularly, but there are days where they will just go full force in their attempts to drown me lol and allergy blend to the rescue!
What is DDR Prime? And sadly no, I do not know the muscle test. Please tell me more!
Thank you all soooo much! I'm hoping to get to the bottom of this. I really like how I sleep with the aroma ace. I just need to know I can wake up without allergy eyes or perhaps return it before it's too late (if it's even possible).
Aloha,
Jamie
