Frankincense internally or put on wrists and inhale to increase oxygen (if you search long enough you might find a post about this). Purify if you're already using it will be working. Frankincense should take care of the skin tags too. Mito2Max should increase your lung power. It wakes up the mitochondria. And definitely use zendocrine. One drop on your liver area every night.

I did read that someone used frankincense under the tongue or in capsule to help prevent asthma attacks. I recently ordered the capsule, but figured under the tongue would be quicker.
I drink wild orange + lemon + peppermint all the time. I call it Happy H20. I have a 40 oz hydroflask that I keep with me all the time. It even comes to bed with me! I put several drops whenever I refill it. I aim to drink two full bottles a day, and I never go without adding my Happy H20.
I'm not familiar with Mito2Max, and I just recently read about zendocrine. It's on my wish list :)
