Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: 100% pure??

Didn't they talk about this at last leadership. Maybe it was a leadership call. I thought they said as the largest essential oil company in the world that they were needing to be more careful legally with terms they used. That they said nothing is a 100% pure. They spoke of needing to be carful that we can't make claims that we are being scrutinized. I believe they gave several languages that there lawyers recommended not using because it opens people to law suits. Maybe its a US problem not an international problem and they liked there wording and did not want to drop it so they only did where their lawyers advised. We have more lawers in the US then in any other country.

We are also being advised now to not use medical words by some. Customer not client, recipe not protocol. We are being looked at under a magnifier and we need to be more careful and teach appropriate verbiage to our teams. We grew fast and we are made up of mostly lay people. As we learn we share. It's the same as not using doterra in the name of websites & social media.
