Lynda, I think you are right about it. Doterra's legal department have been working on this for about a year, and if they still don't know who's doing it, they have wasted a lot of money! There may be only a few big bulk buyers and they are well known. I agree, it's sucks, I thought Doterra would have higher standards not just in oils but in conducting the business.
The business model they have would continue to produce this kind of activity on eBay and Amazon. They need to redo it, like most MLM companies that been in business much longer and went through similar problems, but had corrected it by making better comPlan.Recent plan encourages buy out products and creates lots of fake well payed high ranks, and for the rest of us lost of potential IPCs or customers and lost of sells. So if you are not Diamond/Platinum, nobody cares! I doubt that petition would help, but I'd sign it any way.

I used to own 2 cloth diaper Internet stores. In our contracts with the companies we bought our diapers from we were not allowed to sell on eBay or amazon but they did allow some big companies to sell that way because they could afford to buy in bulk. So it might be that doterra knows who it is and allows that. I think it stinks.Lynda
Sent from my iPadI emailed to legal department so many times, but they care less.--If you know, you can deposit to them $1,000 for Amazon, and $1,000 to Ebay and sell legally for wholesale price, no rules for shipping. The question is, who is selling on amazon, and why are able to deposit $2,000 for it?Last year, they were selling summer cooking kits for around $30, 4 essential oils for the price of Black pepper oil.And last year set was a free gift with $200pv. Who could get so many gifts and sell them so bellow even wholesale price on Amazon?I wrote to legal, sent a link -nothingI lost a lot of potential IPCs.Everybody have computer now and compare the prices.

You need to direct the concern and frustration to the right place, we should all, if you have concerns, take the time to respond to doterra corporate about that. They are such a wonderful team, it will make a difference if they hear from a lot of people, instead of a few. I know most people I know concerned about this, NONE have taken the time to contact doterra, I know for myself as well as others, our time is precious. But, I encourage each one who is concerned to contact corporate. They are a great team!
