Liz, just a brief note regarding the ATT. I always use Terra Shield before I start the ATT, it protects my energy.

Carolyn,--When you give the ATT you are essentially "cleansing" the person who is receiving the massage. That means that you are the conduit for removing the "ick" from them and as you pick up the energy, etc., from them you will be affected. Once finished, shake your hands as if they were wet and you're shaking off the water. That will cleanse you. It may help to visualize a garbage can, or actually walk to one and shake your hands over it. Part of your reaction, however, could also be that you're feeling a little exasperated as you chase your kids around to finish the technique.I did an ATT on a woman a few weeks ago who has had cancer off and on for 7 years now. She was in so much pain that we couldn't completely get her on her stomach so she was basically on her side. I did my best, and everything was going fine until about 3/4 of the way through I began feeling very light-headed. I apologized profusely but told the woman and her daughter that I needed to sit down for a moment. The daughter was helping hold the mom on her side and massaged her a bit on her shoulder. Meanwhile, I sat in a chair, put my head down a little between my legs and nearly threw up. Finally, a little fan turned on that must have been attached to the hospital bed or something because it was blowing in my face, cleared the problems, and I was able to finish. Interestingly, having only commented that I was light-headed before sitting down, the daughter told her mom while I was trying to recover that I was literally pulling the toxins out of her and it would help the mom feel better. I've never had that severe of a reaction to giving an ATT, but if it helped the woman, I'm fine with it, and I was completely fine after, just tired. The first oil, and the circles over the heart is the backheart chakra and we tie into that energy, knowing that the heart chakra is the healing chakra.That said, I have attached some things I have for ADHD/Autism, etc., in case you haven't seen them before.Liz
