I use Dr. Bronner's liquid Castile Soap; a couple of tablespoons mixed with water, in a foaming soap dispenser. It works great! I use the lavender in my bathrooms, and the tea tree in the kitchen to really kill germs on my hands. You could always add some essential oils, as well.
