I've used diluted oregano (I used pure olive oil, 1 tsp to about 5 drops of oregano) on my 7 yr old for a UTI. Rubbed it directly over the bladder twice a day. I noticed imporvement within hours and no symptoms by the next day, but continued it for a 4-5 days.
