How are the peppermint beadlets used, or is the regular dottera peppermint better? Can you take the beadlets by mouth, or do you pop them open and spread them somewhere on your body? I am sort of new to the oils so may have more questions, and trying to decided which one would be better so I can place an order soon hopefully. Thanks so much!
