Thyroid issues can produce an over abundance of earwax and an EFA deficiency can also do the same. I would put this child on LLV and or A to Z chewables and supplement with more EFAs. IQ mega if they would take it. If can't do either doterra products Barlean's Omega smoothie is awesome. Also Nordic Naturals Omega gummy fish.
