I have a 12 year old cat, her name is Ginger Peach (Maine Coon Breed) and she has what seems to look like a busted lip. It smells infected. This is the first I noticed this, however I just thought she was having really bad breath. Today I used peroxide to clean the wound & mixed Lavender with Fractionated Coconut Oil and applied that to her lip with a Q-tip. I'm calling the vet when they open today. Is there anything else I should do or any oils I can use to help her?
