[Everything doTERRA] Re: Convention Limited #?

Does anyone know if these 10-pack holders are allowed to sell tickets for over the $125 cost?  I know someone selling hers for $225 because that's how much they sold for at the door last year.  I realize they are sold out but I wondered if there was a specific policy against this. I know they discourage it, but I'm looking for some written statement if there is one.
