Remember that the notes are from a webinar done by Juanita Espinosa who is cross-line to me. But, to answer the questions:

Yes, it will work wherever you wrap (thighs, hips, etc.).

No, the process doesn't just shrink the fat cells, it eliminates them which is why you need to drink some trim shake to add fiber to your system to give the fat cells and other toxins something to grab onto to be removed from your both. Otherwise, they'll deposit themselves somewhere else. So the process is permanent as long as you eat appropriately to maintain the loss, and according to Juanita, as long as you keep your thyroid nourished.

I sprayed the solution on my skin and then wrapped directly on my skin. I then pulled my t-shirt down over. I emailed Juanita about this very point because it sounds like she wraps over the clothing, but it makes sense to wrap the skin and then pull the clothing over. Particularly since the people are wrapped in a private area rather than the main room. I'll let you know what she says.

I've made a couple of adjustments in the document about wrap class, so I'm reattaching it here...most importantly, there is a typo for the size of the wrap, it should be 18" wide by 6' long (or the length of your choice), the other version says 8" wide...sorry!!
