We've had good luck with Geranium, as per everythingessential.me for athletes foot, jock itch, any candida tinitus really -- I am guessing that any of the HOT oils will work well for skin bacterial infections and virus' -- also my mom has used frankinsense on skin tags and pre-cancerous lesions on her face (all that sun in Colorado in the 60s...) with some luck -- not alot but her diabetes is out of control so your healthier immune system results will vary!
