Is there anyone in Arizona you have trained to teach the EFT ? I will be in Northern Utah next weekend for a few days as well. I wish I cou
ld come as far as Boise. I have tried watching someone else's video and teaching myself , but I feel awkward with it. I suffer from severe depression and sometimes the manic side of things. I have tried the mood matrix oils, but don't feel like I can go off my meds completely I feel like with EFT as well that maybe the right combination. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. You guys rock.
