I think the diffuser is a great idea, I also know of many nursing moms that take the flu bomb with great success. Muscle test before starting and follow your intuition.

My friend has a newborn as well as a 2 year old and is coming down with a flu bug that is going around.  My family has been using the "flu bomb" blend topically as well as oregano in capsules for me and my husband and that has kept it at bay so far thank goodness.  My friend wants to try too this but we both want to be sure that oregano is safe to use for her and her little one.   I have been doing lots of reading but have found a lot of conflicting advice. 

Also,  I know that peppermint can affect milk supply but do you think using Breathe in a diffuser would be safe for her?
