I asked same question and was told the products on Amazon if not sold at retail only they are working to have removed.  In answer to first question that is illegal to incorporate doterra name into any other product this needs to be emailed to corporate and let them handle it.

Also, what is doTERRA doing about all of the sellers on Amazon, selling doTERRA product? It is overwhelming when a friend tells me she bought Deep Blue Rub for $32, free shipping, off Amazon.
