[Everything doTERRA] Re: GX Assist- How do we know it's working?

I just finished my second GX cleanse followed by PB. I'm also taking LLV, DDR, and using lots of oils! During the cleanses there isn't much to notice other than about 1 hour after each pill (3 times per day) I needed to use the bathroom. I'm sorry and I don't mean to be gross or anything, but that's the only real sign that something was going on. Interestingly, my son did the cleanse a couple of weeks ago and told me the same thing. It just shows that the intestines/digestive tract are being cleansed which is a good thing.

I've heard that some people can feel a little icky at the beginning of a cleanse as their bodies are adjusting to the new protocol. Perhaps some upset  stomach, feeling tired, etc. But it typically goes away after a couple of days. For people taking 3 pills a day, if they experience bloating or pain, drop back to 2 or even 1 pill a day for a day or two to help the body assimilate.

I started the GX Assist a week ago today & haven't noticed anything substantial. The first day, I only took 1 capsule and had a horrible stomach ache, like bloating pains without the bloat. Since then I have gradually increased up to the recommended dose & have been on the recommended dose for 3 days now. Are there any signs or side effects I should be looking for to know that it's doing something, anything? I don't know if I had an expectation of some sort but I really don't notice any change other than I've gained weight, is that normal? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks!
