[Everything doTERRA] Re: cold/cough, sinus headache

Mix: OnGuard, Oregano, Frankincense, and either Lemon or Peppermint in a roller and roll it on your feet, wrists, the bond behind your ears, your lymph nodes and throat through the day. It's so simple to use if it's all there together in a little roller. You can take it with you wherever. You can also fill capsules with the first three oils (4 or 5 drops of each) and swallow 3 or 4 times a day. Diffuse On Guard, and Breathe, as often as you can, though I did it at night and also added Serenity! Use a few drops of Breathe on your chest, and put some on a cotton swab and rub it in each nostril, and/or on, around, and under your nose. DigestZen around your belly button for the cough.

I tried a few things (topical vs internal, etc.), but this is essentially what ended my "ick" in 7 days. Plus, I was taking LLV, DDR, and Mito2Max. But definitely, LLV with the protocol.

Drink lots of water, sleep as often as you can.

At this point, I'm fine but have modified the roller bottle contents a little now and use it once or twice a day, to keep the ickies away!

Hello everyone.

Okay, after much denial that I was getting sick, I got the cold/congestion/cough thing that is going around.  It has been almost 3 weeks and I am still feeling weary from it.  One day I'm good the next day I'm down again.  The cough seems to be getting less, but today I woke up with a sinus headache, sneezing and feeling like I just want to sleep all day.

Any suggestions on what oils I should use at this point?  I need this to be OVER!

Thanks much.
