[Everything doTERRA] prescription and oil interaction

I have a friend who is on cumanin and pranolol. The cumanin limits what she can eat or drink immensely or it will interact with her pills or her body. I know that the essential oils are ok to take with most medications because they are the essence of the plant and not made of the meats of the plants. But I would like some concrete info from Dr's on this before I tell her anything for sure. She has a faulty valve in her heart all stemming from her thyroid being off for years.. any info would be helpful. I would think Frankensence would be good on the feet for now and start there but lemon or any citrus would, according to her paperwork, compromise her blood and heart function. Any and all feedback would be great. Thank you!!
