Re: [Everything doTERRA] Tail bone pain from giving birth. Not sure where to go with that!

Tailbones injuries are painful. As a person who has such an issue. She may want to get a professional opinion to see if she has a herniated disc. A chiropractor whose name escapes me at this time wrote a book about therapies and the one thing that stood out to me was using an exercise ball. Sit on it and bounce on it for 5 minutes which helps get the blood flowing to the spine. With a sore tail bone this might be difficult, if not impossible right now.
 
From a doTerra perspective, I would recommend using LLV and Deep Blue, Frankincense and perhaps Balance on the painful spot. I like using DBR and applying it after my shower so it can penetrate deeply into the bone. DDR PRIME either topically or in the capsules will help too. ATT too perhaps 1x/week or every couple weeks.
 
Finally, pilates exercises to build up the muscles around the tailbone and core will always help too. Physical Therapy is another option to have a professional guide her through proper movements.
