I agree w/you on all accounts! I got sick mid December myself & it has taken
me a long time to recover (and I haven't truly had a sinus infection/cold
more than 3 or 4x since beginning doterra almost 3 yrs ago...pre-doterra I
had 1 every 6-8wks! And if it was really bad it would take a month or more
for me to recover only to get sick again in a couple of wks!)

My naturopath told me whatever is in the air is BAAAAAD this yr...he & his
family have been sick themselves since before Thanksgiving & even resorted
to going to dr &getting antibiotics themselves...for him to do that it is
very very very baaaaaad;)

Just an fyi for those who can't afford Melissa they could try Black Pepper
since it has been referred to as "poor man's Melissa"...then if it didnt
work hopefully Melissa will be more affordable for them. I began using
Melissa about 2 or 3 wks in myself & I believe it was part of what helped.
