I have never heard of it either but my guess w/b that it's some sort of detox response esp since it happens when she drinks them or diffuses them. Is she new? If so she may just want to do a cleanse...maybe Zendocrine 1st since it is so gentle& targets so many different body systems.
Also if it were me I would drink TONS of water w/Lemon oil (if she can tolerate it) to flush toxins out:)
