[Everything doTERRA] Re: poked pregnant belly on something

black pepper can be really good for bruising and pain, and in my experience it's a fairly gentle oil - it is also great for back labor, in case you need that tip in a few weeks ;-)

hey i poked my big belly on the back of a chair with a pointy corner close to my belly button.  i wouldn't say i hit it too hard, but it really hurts and it was on sat and not feeling much better.  it didn't bruise or change color or leave a mark.  i've called my dr to have it checked out just in case, but are there any oils you can think of that would make it stop hurting?  i've been very sensitive to oils in general lately especially on my belly.  i'm in the 3rd trimester.  any ideas?  i've used a lot of coconut oil just for moisture.

thanks
