As I am trying to figure out exactly what is causing it, it seems like maybe I am reacting most to OnGuard (which I love). Does this sound logical? Should I keep using it and try the Gx and PB Assist - assuming my body is cleansing, or should I avoid OnGuard until I am regulated a bit?

After my first few months of using oils, I had a super intense period; pain, clotting all that fun stuff. After a round of Gx and PB Assist (which I was doing for other reasons) ALL of my menstrual symptoms disappeared. I believe the oils were helping clean out my system. I am not the only one who easier periods after using Gx Assist. In a chat with a few friends, we all realized we had had similar experiences; using Gx for a different issue and then having it our menstruation.--
Hang in there! It might be because of the oils, but if it is it probably a good thing (I know that sounds wrong ; ). I would highly recommend The Gx and PB Assist.
And welcome to essential oils!
