[Everything doTERRA] Re: GX & PB Assist questions

Hello you all! :-)

I am on the week break from GX&PB. I am taking LLV. And since I read about Lemon with water to help the cleanse, I am drinking 2drops/day (maybe for a week) of Lemon. Mito2Max will join this whole process... maybe next week.
So I want to place some questions... or maybe this will turn as a sum up from all the questions that I found here:
- GX&PB is advised to be a 3 months cleanse? (my second kit is coming)
- I read that LLV could have this 3 month "limit" (my second kit is coming too but maybe I will take it indefinitely). It's ok to make LLV as part of our life... indefinitely, right?
- About Lemon with water, I drink around 20oz per meals and half of it with a drop of Lemon - 2 drops per day. Should I keep doing this during the whole process of GX&PB cleanse - with breaks also? 3 months? I believe that during this break, Lemon is making a fuzz in my intestines. What a Cleanse! As for the GX&PB, I even took 3pills/day of GX and I didn't noticed any difference (at least that I have noticed). I did the spit "test" before and in less than 5 minutes it was clear the results of a Candida infection.

Thank you all for sharing your knowledge like this!

Do you refrigerate PB assist? All of my previous probiotics were kept in fridge. These just say to store in a cool dry place.

What kind of reaction have some had to GX Assist? I was thinking it might be diarrhea, but instead I had severe upper abdomen pain. I got weak in the knees, dizzy, and for a short time, thought I might actually pass out. I rubbed some Digest Zen on my tummy and it alleviated the distress. Is this a common reaction as it works on killing candida? I took 3 capsules today and wonder if I should go back to one a day?

Any input is appreciated.
