I ordered someone in my family In Tune, known as a Focus Blend, as this person has Bi-Polar Disorder. Seems to be helping. The Modern Essentials book says that Elevation, known as the Joyful Blend, can be given for depression. Another testimonial re an introverted teen was given this Elevation and it helped drastically according to teen's mother. Hope this helps. mhm
