[Everything doTERRA] oozing wound post surgery

My friend has an surgical scar that has partially healed but is oozing slightly in one place.  It doesn't look too bad, but she is concerned because this is a repeat surgery due to complications from healing in the past.  I gave her some Frankincense and Lavender and she was planning to use them in coconut oil (also for some other skin issues).  She said that it is helping the other issues, but not the wound.  Any other ideas?
