I have a friend who wanted to start out slowly with the GX Assist, so she only took one capsule per day for 10 days. Well, she broke out with eczema, acne, hives, and "down there" itching and irritation. I know this generally means she needs to back off and go more slowly, but how can she go slower than one capsule per day? One every other day? Would this be consistent enough?
