I called when it disappeared off my Dec LRP. It was a limited holiday item. I asked the customer service rep to put a note in to the powers that be, that I'd like to see it as a regular item.
Before oils, I was a huge B&BW user but since using the oils, I have a very hard time using the B&BW items because they all smell so sweet to me. Unfortunately, I've resorted to using my doTERRA shampoo as a body wash and shampoo :-/. Maybe if more of us request the doterra body wash, it will become a regular item??
