[Everything doTERRA] Depression and Anxiety

LLV and Clary Sage on the inside and outside of my ankles has been huge for me. If I stop LLV for more than a week I can start to tell my sadness creeps in. I've suffered with depression, unmedicated for 25 years. I'm a new person. I also do things like Wild Orange and Lemon occasionally. I apply Balance on my feet every morning. Not sure if that effects depression but I know I need it. For anxiety I like WO or Balance on my hands and inhale.
