My mom is recovering from a nasty flu and has an exhausting cough that is even triggering her gag reflex and causing her to vomit. The coughing spells go on for a couple minutes at a time. Any oils that can help with either issue?
I've had her inhale peppermint to settle the nausea, but that doesn't help during a coughing fit.
