[Everything doTERRA] Bronchitis 4 month old

Hi.  My niece is 4 months old and was just admitted to hospital with Bronchitis.   Her oxygen levels have been low all day, 40%, and they are 100% when she she remains on oxygen.  She now has a fever.  Mom is putting Melissa and Frankincense on her.  Any other suggestions for the baby?  Is lemongrass to harsh for the little one?  Breathe? OnGuard?
