I know exactly what you mean. I take my LLV and DDR and use the oils on a consistent base but sometimes you just get sick. I have done two large expo's in the past two weeks, wore myself out so when I got sick on Thursday, I used the oils when I could but then it really hit me.
I know for a fact it was from getting way overtired, not eating right and not even having time to use the oils consistently. Now I have stayed home and rested for two days and am getting so much better. I got up throughout the night to apply Breathe and Rosemary to my chest and have been able to get through two nights with no coughing, no fever and feeling so much better today.  And the best part of all, no over the counter meds.
Sometimes our body says, slow down your not taking proper care.
