Have you seen the less expensive diffuser offered ($19.98)from Lowes?    ~ I have one, and suggest people who are just starting out and are on a tight budget to get this.  However, with that said I love my Lotus, it keeps the oils in the air longer.....    Otherwise I have also done the cotton ball thingee.....  :)    If  I were you though I would be sure to apply oils if you are fighting something, even if it is on the bottom of your feet, your chest etc.

Sending feel better vibes ~~~~~~

Hi all,

My body is fighting off something and I'd like some oils in the air, but I don't yet have a diffuser What is the best oil for this and does anyone know if it will work as well to just put a couple drops of oil in a pan of water on the stove on low? I keep water going all winter to get moisture into the air.
