If, at some point, a situation like you described occurs (someone under that person is going gangsters) you could potentially purchase the enrollership or make some other legal and fair arrangement within company policy, but keeping the enrollership when any other IPC introduced doTERRA (by inviting a friend to an event you presented at, etc) is unfair, unethical, and wrong.

Say you have someone on your front line who is ordering and hosting events to get their oils paid for (working on their $250 bonus) but not wanting to learn the business; attend trainings, lead and mentor othets, economic .  Meanwhile they have someone under them that thay have enrollership of who goes gangbusters and hits Silver.  You need that Silver to hit Diamond bit it doesn't count because they are not personally enrolled to you.  Now you have to see if that person on your front line is willing to sign over enrollership, which may make things messy.  :)
