Hi Lisa I'm not Gin but I can tell you that "Enroller" is the person who enrolls the new person & gets paid the fast start bonus. The "Sponsor" is who you place the new person under sometimes you are both enroller & sponsor and other times once you start building you will be the enroller & place or "sponsor" the new person under someone else in your downline. Make sense? Go to doterrauniversity.com & there will be a short training video (less than 5 min) that will explain this &several other things briefly:)
