I drink Citrus Bliss in my water and I make an amazing Citrus Bliss vinaigrette dressing. And now I will make your cookies and I will also add the Citrus Bliss, it is one of my favorite oils.

Thank you. I did notice that Citrus Bliss does not have a supplement label, however, the individual oils listed in the blend are able to be injested, which is why I "went for it" and put it in the cookie recipe. After eating quite a lot of them yesterday, I awoke this morning still alive and feeling great. As the note at the bottom of the recipe stated, feel free to swap out with your oil of choice. I choose to make more of the Blissed-Out version today. :-)

Oh... And the cookies were a huge hit at the class yesterday. .. 100% enrollment success! !

Happy Munching!

Citrus Bliss is not recommended for Internal usage. Please check your doTERRA Product Guide. You may want to swap that out for Wild Orange!

Hi!

Great ideas so far! Here's one I had this morning, in preparation for a class I'm doing later today. It would be a delicious addition to your holiday festivities as well!

Good Morning!

In the oven, as I type, is the following recipe:

Blissed-Out Cookies
Monica Molinar

1/4 C Organic Raw Blue Agave*
1/2 C Organic Unsalted Butter
1 C Flour (add up to 1/4 C more if needed to form dough)
10 Drops doTERRA Citrus Bliss Essential Oil Blend

Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend together agave, butter, and essential oils until creamy. Gradually add flour until soft dough. Form tiny balls (about diameter of a quarter) and place about 1/2 inch apart on cookie sheet. Leave as ball form, or slightly depress if you want a more "cookie" like shape. Bake about 9 minutes. Cookies should not be browned. Cool and enjoy with your favorite spiced herbal tea for a delightful treat! Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

I am taking these to the class that I am teaching later today. I will also be taking our new IQMega fish oil to use as a delicious and super-nutritious salad dressing! (The hostess wanted to "do lunch" the class guests).

Oh my gosh!!! These just came out of the oven.... First time I've ever done these cookies (made up the recipe myself, too)... YUMMY!!!! (Will there be any left for the class today???? EEK!)

Enjoy!

Monica Molinar

PS: You're welcome to use, share, etc. this recipe. If you do, please reference the source. Thanks!! Oh... and you might want to keep the cookies under lock and key. They are SERIOUSLY delicious!! LOL

One more note... the Citrus Bliss bottle says "For aromatic or topical use". Clearly, since I put the essential oils in a cookie recipe, I'm ingesting them. I don't think any of the oils in the blend are considered harmful, but please use your own discretion. If you choose not to use Citrus Bliss, Lime, Lemon, Wild Orange, etc would all make great cookies as well. Happy Oiling (and Eating)!!!

Here are the recipes and I will try and attach a picture

Spritzers - purchased 1/2 oz spray bottles from aromatools.com - fill with distilled water and add 5 drops of doTERRA essential oil

Sugar Scrub - found cute glass jars with lids at Hobby Lobby (a large, chain craft store) for $1, 2 1/2 cups regular old granulated white sugar, 1 c fractionated coconut oil OR olive oil (we're using olive oil because it's cheaper but be sure to use a decent quality and extra virgin so it doesn't have too much olive taste) and 20 drops of doTERRA essential oils.  Then divide into the jars. I was amazed at how well this really works!  Just a couple tbsp. exfoliated about 90% of my body when I tried it the other night and felt AMAZING!  I added more like 30 drops of essential oil, but you can play with it.  We tried raw sugar and some other recipes, but liked this one the best.  The raw sugar had a strong sweet smell that somewhat overpowered the essential oils.

Bath Salts - 4 cups epsom salts, 1 cup sea salt (With large crystals) and 1 cup baking soda. We put 1/2 cup of this mixture in a decorative cellophane bag and attach a sample bottle with 7 drops essential oil and 7 drops of fractionated coconut oil (so 14 drops total).
