Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Christmas event

Here are the recipes and I will try and attach a picture

Spritzers - purchased 1/2 oz spray bottles from aromatools.com - fill with distilled water and add 5 drops of doTERRA essential oil

Sugar Scrub - found cute glass jars with lids at Hobby Lobby (a large, chain craft store) for $1, 2 1/2 cups regular old granulated white sugar, 1 c fractionated coconut oil OR olive oil (we're using olive oil because it's cheaper but be sure to use a decent quality and extra virgin so it doesn't have too much olive taste) and 20 drops of doTERRA essential oils.  Then divide into the jars. I was amazed at how well this really works!  Just a couple tbsp. exfoliated about 90% of my body when I tried it the other night and felt AMAZING!  I added more like 30 drops of essential oil, but you can play with it.  We tried raw sugar and some other recipes, but liked this one the best.  The raw sugar had a strong sweet smell that somewhat overpowered the essential oils.

Bath Salts - 4 cups epsom salts, 1 cup sea salt (With large crystals) and 1 cup baking soda. We put 1/2 cup of this mixture in a decorative cellophane bag and attach a sample bottle with 7 drops essential oil and 7 drops of fractionated coconut oil (so 14 drops total).
