She needs to start on the LLV also the DDR, she can use any of the oils throughout her pregnancy. If she is going to nurse then don't use the peppermint in the last trimester.

In my opinion she needs to start on the LLV and then when the baby comes she needs to get really serious about getting her body in tune naturally.

Her diet right now is also important, stay away from refined sugars, white flour, low dairy ect.

I have a friend of mine who is pregnant and in her first trimester-almost her second. Before she was pregnant I introduced her to doTERRA and she has been using Deep Blue, Ginger and Peppermint. She is young but has been through chemo for Rheumatoid Arthritis to no avail. She uses the Deep Blue for joint pain and the others for nausea.
