Desiring to kill a chest cold, I put Oregano and OnGuard all over my chest and throat.
Then, I climbed into a very hot bath...
Bad idea!!
The hot water intensified the heat of the oils, and within mere seconds, my chest and throat were lobster red.
Fortunately, I keep olive oil and fractionated coconut oil in the bathroom for my skin, so I jumped out of the tub, dried off the chest and neck, slathered both with the olive and coconut oils (which helped immediately and immensely), and returned to the tub.
Now I put "hot" oils on *after* a bath or shower!
