Once you achieve a rank (I assume that is what you are referring to)
like Silver you remain a Silver.
However, if you don't met the qualifications you get paid at the lower
rank. Also if there is something going on that requires a specific rank
to participate in you usually have to qualify for that in a certain time
period.
Some examples... the Leadership retreat in March requires you be Silver
or higher and qualify October or later to attend. One of my IPCs
achieved Elite status because she purchased a Diamond kit but has not
had that dollar amount in her OV since so she is an Elite but gets paid
as an Executive.
Until you hit Silver, rank only really counts for one thing for you, the
number of levels you get paid. I have people on my 6th level. So if I
don't hit Premier or above I do not get paid for that level. Before
Silver rank does matter to those above you because it effects their rank
but for you as long as your rank covers the number of levels you have,
you get paid (assuming the $100 PV LRO).
